ELF putty blush (Tahiti)

A velvety, lightweight, putty-to-powder blush that melts into skin. 

How to use 

Prep the skin with Primer for a smooth complexion.Using the  Blush Brush or clean fingers, gently pat creamy blush over the apples of your cheeks.
