How to Use:

• Press and hold the power button to turn on device.
• Briefly press the power button again to select intensity level (Level 1-5 available).
• Press the power button twice to choose your desired LED mode.
• Avoid using around the eyes or around the Adam's apple.
• Before use, it is recommended to remove all metal accessories and jewelry.
• Start slowly from the lowest setting and find the appropriate level while continuously using it.

طريقة الاستخدام
اضغطي مطوّلاً على زر التشغيل لتشغيل الجهاز. اضغطي مرة واحدة لتحديد مستوى الشدّة (يتوفر من المستوى 1 إلى 5). اضغطي مرتين لاختيار وضع الـLED المطلوب. تجنّبي استخدامه حول العينين أو بالقرب من تفاحة آدم. قبل الاستخدام، يُنصح بإزالة جميع الإكسسوارات المعدنية والمجوهرات. ابدئي بالمستوى الأدنى وارفعيه تدريجياً حتى تجدي المستوى المناسب أثناء الاستخدام المستمر.
